When good relationships go bad
Good relationships rely on good communication. When communication breaks down or is absent, problems in a relationship can quickly become overwhelming.
Sometimes we can get into a rut of not really listening to each other and arguing lots. If this happens, you could benefit from relationship counselling.
What is relationship counselling?
A relationship counsellor is not there to tell either of you what's right or wrong, or to help one person 'win' an argument with another.
The counsellor's role is to help you to get talking to each other in a constructive way so that you can work through any problems and find compromises that you can both accept.
Where can we find a relationship counsellor?
