Lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgendered (LGBT) drop-in centres and projects

Usually run by the voluntary sector, these projects often offer free condoms, female condoms, dams and lube.

To find one locally, search for "gay" or "lesbian" using the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) Charity Finder.

Buy in bulk over the internet

Buying condoms and lube in bulk over the internet can be much cheaper than at the chemists or in the pub toilets. Search for "condom sale" using your favourite search engine.

Be sure you're getting well-known UK or European brands (with CE or kite marks) from a reputable company and make sure any lube you get is water based.

Lube goes bad eventually once opened, so get lots of small bottles or sachets rather than one enormous bottle.
